Once you have reviewed and approved changes to the preliminary draft of your plan, we will schedule a meeting with you, along with any constituents or stakeholders involved in the planning process, to present any elements that affect them. The purpose of this meeting is to seek the comments and concerns of all parties involved to establish an agreement on proposed strategies and recommendations.

Typically 3 Meetings

During this phase, we will discuss the issues you face and walk you through various strategies to address those obstacles. This is the most important phase of the process because this is where you have the chance to simulate the results and implications of various strategies. We will also determine your tolerance for risk in terms of the goals you have in mind – as this will help us better align your plan with your objectives.

There are often additional questions uncovered and additional action items for all parties to advance the progress of the plan.

Applying Recommendations

Separate from the recommended solution itself, we are also available to assist with the implementation of the plan. While there is no requirement or obligation to implement any aspect of the solution with us, our firm is appropriately licensed in many of the relevant areas of business planning to provide solutions.

For other areas such as the creation of legal documents or business valuation services, we will rely on and coordinate with the appropriate professionals to address those aspects of the plan. You are welcome to use your existing advisor relationships for any aspect of implementation or we will also be happy to provide introductions to other advisors who could serve in that capacity.
